For a single dwelling, preparing a BASIX Certificate is usually a flat professional fee, and it is most economical when bundled with your NatHERS assessment. Multi-dwelling and mixed-use projects are quoted per project because the modelling effort grows with each unit.

A BASIX Certificate lists commitments: the insulation, glazing, fixtures, hot water and water-saving measures your home must include. These commitments drive real construction cost.
