The NSW Planning Portal has a scheduled maintenance outage tonight, Friday 5 June 2026, from 6pm to 11pm. Here is what it means if you are lodging today.

Heads up for anyone lodging a BASIX certificate or development application today: the NSW Planning Portal has a scheduled maintenance outage this evening.

When

Friday 5 June 2026, 6:00pm to 11:00pm (AEST). Maintenance works will be carried out on the NSW Planning Portal during this window.

What to expect

  • You may experience intermittent delays when logging in to the Portal.
  • If you cannot log in after the update, clear your browser cache before contacting Portal support.

What this means for your project

If you need to generate or lodge a BASIX Certificate, NatHERS documentation or a DA today, try to complete it before 6pm, or wait until the Portal is back after 11pm. We keep working on assessments as usual – only the government Portal is affected, not our turnaround.

Questions about a current BASIX or NatHERS job? Get in touch and we will help you plan around the outage.
