BASIX & NatHERS, answered
In NSW, BASIX is the mandatory certificate. Its thermal comfort target is most reliably met with a NatHERS assessment, so most new homes need both - and we prepare them together so they align perfectly.
Standard turnaround is 3-4 business days from complete plans. A 24-hour express service is available at an additional fee.
Under NCC 2022, new homes must achieve a minimum 7-star NatHERS rating plus a separate Whole-of-Home energy budget.
Floor plans, elevations, sections, a window schedule and the project address. Send them through our quote form for a fixed-fee quote.
